How Can I Track My Package?

Tracking information can be found by logging into My Account. If you placed an order without signing up for an account, you'll need your Web Order ID contained in the order confirmation email from Smart Light Switch.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of original shipped date, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). After 30 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements must be resolved through the manufacturer. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information or to request an RMA.

When Will I Receive Credit For My Return?

Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 5 days of receipt at Smart Light Switch’s warehouse. You will receive an email through our RMA system once the item(s) have been received. Credit card refunds can take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Please note:Smart Light Switch is unable to accept any item that is not returned within 30 days of shipment, in new condition and in all original packaging.

I Returned My Purchase, How Will I Know You Received It?

Once your return has been received in our warehouse, you will receive (2) automated emails, one confirming receipt of your package and one confirming your credit. We suggest waiting 5 business days before you contact us about a return. Credits can take up to (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

How Do I Use My Credit On File?

Any credits on file will be automatically applied to your next order (you will not see the credit when you place your order).
